"It is with a very heavy heart that I share with you all , our Just Lori passed away early this morning in her home. Lori’s husband called me and shared the news this morning.
Just Lori was my friend and while I never met her in person, she was as close as a sister to me. Lori could be funny, inventive, a grammar nazi, or Queen for a Day. She was awesome.
May God bless her, her husband Walt, their friends and family and we freepers who so loved and enjoyed her love for God, country, and accountability in life.
Thank you Loretta......you were always more that Just Lori."

I'm sorry JustLori is no longer with us. I'm excited that she has a new body and is feeling fantastic!
I haven't been a Freeper for long so I don't have much to say. JustLori always made me smile. My heart skipped a happy beat whenever I saw her screen name. I love that screen name. It's just so. Anyone with that name had to be special I thought and always made a point to read her posts.
Deep down, I just wish Freepers didn't have to leave us.

Amen...and so true...She approached her passing as faithfully and lovingly as she approached her life.
I remember first hearing "Spanaway Lori" calling into the old John Carlson show, then we met through FR and put the connection together. Then came the gathering at Ft Lewis. You said we needed to support our troops and that we did!
We chatted about a lot of stuff beyond politics ... our dogs, your dreams of a home with some acres and that special kitchen for cookin' up some of those special ribs...

Prayers for her family as they deal with her death.
There are no words that can fill the emptiness we feel with the loss of a loved one. But there is no doubt that there is a Heaven, and it is Glorious beyond all human imagination, and that is where Lori is. Home at last.
I heard it said once that, - “as a Christian, the day I die will be the best day I’ve ever lived. But it won’t be the best I will ever live.”

Bay, thanks for posting the picture. Now I know what she looked like. So young, what a loss. And it is nice to see what you look like.

I just can’t believe it....I have had this overbearing dark cloud around me all day....then came to look at FR fearing this is what I would find....the only picture I have, is the one Lori took of my husband and I! Thank you for posting her pictures....she was a wonderful woman.

I just hate it that so many young people are leaving us.
When I look at the Freeper Memorial Wall
there are so many only in their 50's.
