In a response filed yesterday to a federal judge’s order May 11, an FBI official offered no denials about the existence of video images captured by more than 20 surveillance cameras operating prior to 9:02 a.m. on April 19, 1995, in the vicinity of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City. Instead, he explained that officials at the bureau merely cannot find the tapes and raised the possibility that they “might have been misfiled and thus could be located somewhere other than in the OKBOMB file (though it would be impossible to know where).”

Why did the F.B.I. run around and confiscate ALL video in and around Oklahoma city area the day the bombing took pace and has YET to allow us rubes to see any of it?

I have little doubt the tapes had been lost before the last ambulance pulled away. After all, Clinton had apologised to CAIR within a couple of hours, and whatewver happened, they weren't going to make him look like he had been wrong.

There is an old 1920s (perhaps) SC ruling regarding evidence. It was a suit against a railroad. The railroad couldn’t produce a particular log (perhaps maintanence)that they were mandated to keep...said they couldn’t find it. The Justices ruled since they wouldn’t produce it, then what the opposing side claimed about it would be taken to be true. Sure wish I could remember that case’s title.

Of course the surveillance tapes were “misfiled”. They don’t want you seeing Hussain Hashem al-Hussaini(John Doe #2) leaving the building.

The Obamunists try to run guns into Mexico in order to "prove" their B.S. claim that Americans and their guns (gun manufacturers, gun store owners, gun owners, and those "evil" "assault weapons") are the cause of the violence in Mexico (and thus, the "need" for a new, more Draconian Clinton-like AWB and other new gun control, and maybe now, we find that the FBI MAY have somehow "lost" evidence which could implicate the Clintonista regime in staging the OKC event for political gain (to attack Rush and other conservative talk radio, to enact new gun control, to come down on militia groups, etc.).
I wouldn't be surprised at ANYTHING these two regimes would have done or are doing.

Nobody will ever see the tapes. It was reported by Mark Scott radio host in the late 90’s that the FBI and I think ATF were seen taking ammunition firearms and explosives out of the Murrah bldg the night before the explosion, they knew what was going down and I don’t believe FBI Or ATF were injured ,they weren’t in the bldg.
Texas is the fastest state and it takes 10 - 12 years there from conviction to execution.
That 'ship' sailed a long time ago.
The FBI had been intimately involved with the planning and execution of the Murrah Building bombing 'attempt'.
Supposedly, they had infiltrated this 'militant right wing Christian organization' which was supposedly being captained by a CIA double/double agent.
The FBI's plan was to get up to the point of setting off the bombs , and then stop the 'principals' and place them under arrest, having been caught red handed.
That wasn't, however, the plan that the Administration had in mind.
The FBI guys thought that the bombs were using inert material, but they weren't. The 'order' to proceed with the arrest never came.
The truck bomb was set off. The charges placed inside the building, mostly didn't go off, and those that did, did so only because of the blast.
What the FBI doesn't want you to see is the presence of their undercover agents in and around the building, as well as a couple of the 'principals' (of the Non-white/American/Christian variety).
