"Persuasive case for Bachman."

There are very few political figures who can match her knowledge of the tax code, which is in DIRE need of an overhaul.

Perhaps would could pull the same swing voters who last time were enamored by the candidate’s skin color: “Hey, just think — we could have a FEMALE president. Cool!”

That is something the left would never get over. :-)

Thanks...I testified several times. Going to try to run a petition because what I actually predicted came to pass. Legal work close to being complete. www.stopthemagnet.com

The only thing Obama has experience running is his mouth. And that hasn’t changed since 2008.

I reject the premise of this entire column; that BHO is not succesful.

He has been wildly succesful, beyond the dreams of even the most socialist.

i just started asking my buddies about perry. no one here in ca knows much. i know bachmann, i know palin, to a lesser extent i know cain and santorum. know the rinos very well.

“executive experience” is overrated. we’ve got a bunch of executives here who make and made lousy politicians. that won’t win any support from me. rino romney has lots of “executive” experience, apparently lots of it as a corporate raider.

entreprenureal experience. a record of having started and maintained an original business from scratch type of “executive” means more to me. even better taking a failing business and resurecting it.

what do conservatives in his own state think of him.

IMO Hussein Obama’s inexperience is not his biggest problem

His biggest problem is his arrogance and innate stupidity.

I know they claim Obama is the smartest man since Einstein, but it just aint so.

A smart person would appoint competent people to help him look good.

Obama has appointed his friends ,liberals ,people who share his anti-American ideas, Tax cheats ,homosexuals, incompetents like himself.

He listens to no one and goes about his way acting more like a king than a President.

agree. obama has been one of the most “successful” presidents in history from his pointof view. he has almost certainly achieved his goal, the transformation of america. we just have to wait and see how much momentum he’s added to the already slow motion trainwreck in progress.

he has been a very able “executive” for his cause.

O.K., as a Conservative Texan, along with others on this website, I’m tired of trying to convince people that:

#1. Texas has a Constitutionally “weak” Governor; primarily Veto and Cermeonial, that’s it.

#2. Rick Perry is a light-weight. If you were disappointed in George W., you’ll hate Rick Perry.

#2. The only reason he keeps getting reelected is because Texas is a deep red State and he has wimpy opponents.

So, go ahead, sing his Praises, vote for him or whatever the hell you wanna do but, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

The only good thing that can be said about Perry is that his opponents were even worse.

Preferably through the Keck telescope as he walks on Saturn.

He cut education funding in a big way, not many governors have the nerve to take on the bloated education bureaucracy.

The Texas Constitution requires a balanced budget so Perry and the legislature were going to have to take an axe to something. Education was an easy target.

He’s called for eliminating the Education Dept. and the EPA at the national level, claims he’d make it a priority if president.

I don't buy that for one moment, because Perry is a supporter of No Child Left Behind and even bragged about it being based in part on Texas' education system.

If Perry was truly against the feds getting involved in local or state education issues, he would have been fighting against No Child Left Behind, not bragging about supporting it or it being based on Texas.

I liked the idea of that road. The current I-35 just plain sucks. I am still waiting to see what will be done about I-35. I will wager that hatever is done will have some people in Texas calling whomever tries to fix it a RINO/Globalist/Bilbeberger/Reptilian/Whatever.

Reptilian?

I know that Bilderberg is an annual conference of the top global socialists in the US and Europe, but Reptilian, I don’t know what that is.
