I agree with you. I have not followed the case much, but I think mostly of the poor kid. She was defensless, she was trusting the way small kids are, she depended on the adults in her life to care for her. They all let her down, and no amount of legal mumbo jumbo can hide those facts. Someone killed that poor kid, she did not get justice today. There must be a special place in Hell for all those involved.
There’s no smoking gun “direct evidence” that Hitler ordered the Final Solution, either. Circumstantial evidence is enough.
Make these evil bastards tell you who they think did it. If not Casey then who?
Bill Handel of KFI radio here in L.A. (he’s a lawyer) said it’s now apparent that a mother could kill her own child, bury her in a warm place to accelerate decomposition, wait 31 days to report her missing, and walk when the case comes to trial because the cause of death is not known. With CSI etc., juries now expect an ironclad case or they vote Not Guilty.

Yes of course, Caylee drowned in the pool, and her retired police officer of a grandfather will tell her mother to dispose of the body and make it look like it was a murder and that somebody else did it! Sounds completely plausible to me.
She got away with murder plain and simple. I guess kids are disposable even out of the womb. At least the Anthony's little girl will (as Obama said himself) no longer be burdened with a child.
My heart aches for that poor little girl who will receive no justice on this earth!
The Constitution says you're guaranteed a trial by a jury of your peers, not that morons on that jury can ignore reams of evidence and admitted lying by the defendant to free a dangerous sociopath.
She will be on Federal probation for the check charges. She got a harsher sentence from that than for killing her daughter!

Not Guilty. Unbelievable. I have followed this whole thing, and I just don’t know how they could find her not guilty. There is no justice for Caylee; Casey got away with murder.
Am I surprised? I had been saying this whole trial that I could see this jury letting her go. Such is our justice system. Look at the Simpson case. I guess I just couldn’t see with the evidence them finding her not guilty. I guess I still had hope and faith in our justice system.
Tell me then, jury, who the hell killed Caylee? Do you honestly believe George is a molestor who covered up her drowning by blaming it on his daughter and dumping the body? The jail house convos and the searching were all an act? Really? Unbelievable. I’m stunned.
It won’t be long before Casey is back out in the clubs.
