My talented Facebook friend, Leisa Simone, wrote the following letter to Michele Bachmann, eloquently highlighting the reasons that no woman, conservative or progressive, should vote for this shyster; if the only qualification for president were breeding ability, she'd be a lock - but we fickle female Americans really kind of like intelligence, knowledge, and intellectual strength in our candidates, male or female.
I share Leisa's sentiments in their entirety - she stated very passionately what I, and many others, are thinking:
"Dear Michele Bachmann:
You've made many ignorant and idiotic statements, but there was one that angered me so much, I still want to scream when I even think of it.
You said the Democrats are worried because you may capture the female vote. Well, let me remind you of something that recently happened, since it's obvious you manage to forget almost everything including occasionally what state you're in.
Hillary Clinton ran against Barack Obama in 2008. She lost the primary to him. Remember that?
John McCain got the GOP nomination and chose your parasitic twin Sarah Palin as his running mate. Remember that?
(snip) And now here comes you with your hateful and stupid statements, one of the most insulting is how women vote with their vaginas and not their brains.
Yes, Bachmann, I wrote “vagina”, that thing between your legs that you believe should strictly be used for procreation. Your patriotic vagina that birthed five children, the same number as Palin's vagina. I love how you two go on and on about doing your little part to overpopulate the earth as if no one else has ever had children and it's part of some kind of beauty contest. Mrs Uterus USA.

Now Palin, that is another matter. She does gladly call herself a feminist and does try to impress them when she gets a chance.
I think we all have our ideas what this nut job looks like. Bad skin, scraggly greasy hair, overweight and facial hair. Feminism is a crutch for ugly women to compete in the job market.
She also is against women giving birth and being happy about it. She probably has had multiple abortions that were the result of a drunken sperm deposit. Good thing the Octomom is not running for political office.

I’m angry. I’m a woman. And I’m not stupid enough to support someone just because they have girly parts. Bachmann, Palin, Angle, and O’Donnell do NOT represent all women — not ones with IQs higher than a potted plant anyway.

I have noticed it. We conservatives have a similar disconnect in that we talk about fierce independence, natural law and God given rights, and then are altogether too submissive to authority and any piece of crap provocation that has a statute number attached to it. What will happen when we embrace real civil disobedience? Yes, there is a great disparity between the rhetoric and the behavior in American politics.
Her pretty is only skin deep but her ugly goes all the way to the heart.
