Now that Casey Anthony has been found not guilty of murdering her daughter Caylee, she faces a civil lawsuit from a woman who says Anthony falsely accused her of kidnapping the girl...

1.) If Zenaida Gonzalez either lived at Sawgrass Apts. (apparently the place where Anthony at the time told the police she left Caylee) or filled out a card or application to live there, then the contention that it was another Zenaida that Casey says she was talking about would most likely be scuttled.
2.) Her defense may say that there was no harm if no one 'believes' that Zenaida was the babysitter, but the point isn't that, but rather BELIEVED. ed, not es. If people believed back then that she kidnapped Caylee and Zenaida was threatened, etc, then that could show harm against Zenaida.
3.) Zenaida apparently filed a lawsuit long before she knew where any of this was headed, so that might make it hard for the defense to support any cashing-in contention. Secondly, Zenaida could seek mere damages lawsuit, while pushing for an agreement that neither she nor Anthony will ever get any money from a book or movie deal, etc.
I’ve been reading and hearing that Anthony may be facing child pornography charges in the near future. Apparently there is evidence that she pimped out her daughter to men she knew and/or sold to her men with certain photographic interests.
I hope there are many civil law suits to follow, that any money Casey makes off of this tragedy will have to go to settle them.
Fox News reported earlier today that Florida may sue to recoup money spent looking for Caylee, as may Texas Equisearch. Florida could later push for criminal slander/libel against Casey?
If the cops reported Caylee missing and later the state of Florida did so under the Missing Childrens Act of 1992, could the feds file suit against Casey Anthony?

Zenaida seems to be another media whore looking for a payday from this circus. I do not have any sympathy for Casey Anthony or any other media whores.

Please prove your ad hom against Zenaida. If Zenaida was unjistly pointed at by Casey, then she has her rights under the law.
I thought it was an application to live at the Sawgrass apartments that Casey saw, and she remembered the name.
My memory may not serve me well on this point but I do recall that Casey stated that this woman had her child. I remember at the time thinking to myself, “did this woman sell this child? Did she kill this child? Does she have other family members the police could investigate or other properties that could be searched?” I cannot imagine what Zenaida went through during a police investigation. Was she interviewed/interrogated for several hours? Was her house torn apart to look for evidence? Did they tow her car as possible evidence? IMHO, Casey should have to pay a price to the ones that she lied about. If someone said that I stole their child... you can bet that I’d be at an attorney!
Actually this suit is already in progress so she’s hardly trying to be a media whore. Gonzalez has kept an incredibly low profile. She was victimized by this pathological liar who said the missing (and dead) child was with her and she didn’t even know her!
I hope she wins millions.
That is what I remember, too, that she filled out an appl/card at Sawg apts. The odds would be astronomical that Casey could randomly come up with a name like Zenaidad, at the same apt. and around the same time. Doesnt look good for Casey defending herself on this.
Yes, and the woman lost her job, and therefore apartment and later car, and even after it was proved it wasn’t her people still yelled at her in the street and accused her of kidnapping. There was a short interview clip from 2009 where she was crying hysterically saying she had lost everything.

Whoa. There is a special place in hell for Anthony for doing this to this woman.
But before she gets to hell, I want there to be a special place in the Florida penal system for her. I think there will be a lot of cases against her that could result in penury or a nice jail term, hopefully both.

Baez is probably smart enough not to repeat the lie where it would be legally actionable. To date he has only made the charge in the courtroom, where he has immunity for anything he says.

I saw Zenaida interviewed on tv, and she said she was fired from her job when Casey accused her of kidnapping her baby.
