They are sifting about for anything to blame except Obama.

It should bounce back. Bad news seems to drive the market up lately for some reason.

That’s an interesting chart which uses Obama’s data to prove he has made the economy worse.

My uncle owns a very nice mechanic shop and is doing very well. He would love to hire another mechanic, but as he said, “I’m not hiring anyone until this goofball for a President is out of office.” I believe that is the same attitude of many small business owners across America.

Yes, and the state run media is covering for the @$$ hole in the white hut. Why aren’t they screaming about the jobless rate? Can you imagine the outrage there would be if there was a Republican as POTUS? Stock market is crashing after this news.

People should stop looking for the Silver Lining in the Cloud that is Obama. There isn’t one. That is the best statement I have heard on this situation.

I agree. My stay-at-home wife would like to buy/build and operate a campground, but there is just no way we are going to invest our life savings into a business like that so long as Obama or anything like him is in charge.

THIS'LL MAKE YOU LAUGH OUT LOUD David Plouffe, Ohaha's political strategist, says Americans won't use the high unemployment issue as their criteria when voting.

ROTFLOL.

In a perverted way---cockeyed Plouffe may be right---Ohaha has screwed up in so many different ways---EVERY voter will have their own reason to vote against him.

“Bad news seems to drive the market up lately for some reason.”

Probably just overmanipulation. Certainly the numbers on Yahoo Finance are acting quirky this morning.

Probably bounce back up before noon. The worse the better it seems.

Conservatives will come together early behind one candidate WHO CAN WIN, or we are looking at 5 more years of destructive policies.

Right now I would put my money on Bachmann or Perry.

However, the unemployment numbers will come down dramatically prior to the election. They will come down because people will give up looking for work and those people are counted on a different index than those that are actively looking for work. The media and 0 will make a big noise about how his plans are working. The question will be how many buy into the big lie.

As bad as the economy is the Pubs are at a crossroads as well. If they concede on the debt ceiling the Tea Party will focus more on them then 0.

Bad news seems to drive the market up lately for some reason.

Bad news comes in.

Pit boss Ben "Inky" Bernanke creates a new set of chips for the Wall Street casino out of thin air and tinkers with the pay out tables.

Everyone at the table cheers and make bigger bets.

A smart conservative candidate will dump massive advertising money into explaining the “real” unemployment number that includes the stopped looking and marginally employed categories. Then they will use that number every chance they get.

It’s too easy to say, “All of us know folks who are unemployed, and even those who’ve gotten so discouraged that they’ve given up looking, or run out of benefits.”

I have been employed since February 22, 1993. However, I am likely going to be adding to the unemployment numbers this next month or so.
