I know David McDade personally, have for years....have been the subject of his wrath in my younger days. IMO..He was placed on this Prosecution team because he WILL NOT tolerate BS...He will not be bought off.

I’ve spent most of my life in Douglas county...just west of Fulton on I 20. The leadership of the entire county justice system, from judges down to the sheriff department, is comprised of respected, fair, but firm men. I’m not affiliated with any of them in any way other than living here, I just enjoy the priviledge of being a citizen in the county they run. Two things...

1. McDade, like the rest of the big dogs in the county, is crystal clean. They cannot be coerced into anything with embarrassing photos or video.

2. McDade, and the entire Douglas county justice system, is the most professional law enforcement system in the entire metro Atlanta area...period. Not even close.

The GBI brought him in for a reason.

who must decide whether the scandal is also criminal.

How could this be criminal? It's just another form of affirmative action.

Parents should sue these frauds and demand that their children receive tuition to private schools. In no way should they return their children to these schools.

I was watching a tv program this weekend where the founder and principal of a CT charter school said that it’s about time parents get together and sue.

“Some of the allegations in this report are gravely serious.”

This is standard procedure nationwide. What is any different about this and someone from school calling to ask you to apply for free or reduced lunch?
