The Spider and the Fly
Will you step into my parlor? said the spider to the fly;
Tis the prettiest little parlor that ever you did spy.
The way into my parlor is up a winding stair,
And I have many pretty things to show when you are there.
O no, no, said the little fly, to ask me is in vain,
For who goes up your winding stair can neer come down again.
Im sure you must be weary, dear, with soaring up so high;
Will you rest upon my little bed? said the spider to the fly.
There are pretty curtains drawn around, the sheets are fine and thin,
And if you like to rest awhile, Ill snugly tuck you in.
O no, no, said the little fly, for Ive often heard it said,
They never, never wake again, who sleep upon your bed.
R congressman Joe Walsh calls Obama a liar:

I was thinking the same. Jet Jaguar nailed it when he said, “The debt ceiling should be called the debt suggestion.”
And what if some or all of the “summoned” simply say no thank you? Sounds like Breshnev summoning the Politburo. Except that in the old USSR you better darn well show up or get hurt—or worse.
Looks to me like The Usurping Marxist Onada and his commie buddies think they rule The Marxist People’s Republic of America. I guess I missed the trun in the road when America’s Constitution was destroyed and our Republican form of government was superceded by Marxism.

This is the biggest failing of republican leaders, failing to dispute Obama’s lies. I realize some of them are trying to get the Democrats to compromise, but this is not the way to do it.
At the end of the day its the democrats that need the debt ceiling lifted to fund their massive goverment, much more then Republicans who don’t want that Government period.
The house republicans should just Go home, their job is done.
Tell the President if he wants to squander the 2 trillion dollars a year in tax revenue on non-essencal goverment function so he don’t end up paying for essencal functions he is responsible for that choice.
The house who’s responsibility it is to authorize spending and debts of theses United States has already passed a budget which they might be willing to agree to. It’s up to the senate and the president to either agree or run the goverment on actual revenue for a change.
Sort of like a visit to Berchtesgaden..
