(vanity) Obama May Call Lawmakers to Camp David (Mr. Big Stuff!)
Bloomberg | Jul 14, 2011 11:35 AM ET | Heidi Przybyla and Hans Nichols

This Jive Turkey actually thinks he can get away with acting like the Presidency gives him the ability to order The US Congress around like his flunkie Tsars. Summoning them to Camp David like errant children to be chastised in a "International Summit" forum.

The Repubvlicans should send him a one word reply: 'Nits!"

Then send him a message, that not only will they not go to Samp David, they won't waste their time going to the White House! If he wants to talk to Congress, he better request a meeting, and drag his bumptious ass overr to the Capitol Bldg!

Arrogant chump needs to be put in *his* place!

Congress is a *co-Equal* body!

I think Boehner already told him “no”.

Stalin calls his ministers to ‘dance’ with him.

Yeah, Boehner has already told Obama, “POUND SAND”. Essentially.

There is no controlling legal authority to call them there.

I’m showing my ig’nerce here, but can anyone tell me WHY the man/child’s even involved in the first place?
It strikes me as a Union thug kinda thing to do-lord over the proceedings and pooping all over the place. I know he was a community organizer, but dang, ain’t this rather unkosher behavior for a President? Should’nt this be something the Congress critters duke out on their own?
Again, I apologize for being stupid.

He said they wouldn’t go to Camp David...He did not say that the Congressmen won’t be summoned to the WH, like being called up on the carpet. He doesn’t even have a vote on the matter, this is him trying to order Congress to obey him!

The budget is the sole purview of Congress and the most he has authority to do is to try and veto a budget ge doesn’t like. But he is not a member and he only gets to make input at the Congressional forebearance.

Other than that, he can go suck eggs!

OK, whatever, but the premise of your orginal post was that he was going to call them to Camp David.

Have a nice day.

Would not it be better for Hussain to go to Congress instead of him commanding that Congress come to him? That way these dealings could be carried out in the open where the people that the results will be inflicted upon can bear witness to them.

They haven’t shown any courage in investigating Obama’s eligibility — he knows he can order Congress around any time he wants.

Nothing stupid about your questions at all.

Øbozo is (supposed to be) our nations leader and so should be a part of the negotiations, even if only symbolically. History will speak of this as “Obama’s economy” just like they did with Bush, Clinton, Bush, and so forth.

The obvious problem with that is that he isn’t leading anything - he is obstructing and distracting for any meaningful talks. He literally brings nothing to the table but a bad attitude.
