Law enforcement sources say the FBI has arrested an agent of Pakistan's official state intelligence service, accusing him of making thousands of dollars in political contributions in the United States without disclosing his connections to the Pakistani government.

Syed Ghulam Fai will appear in federal court this afternoon in Alexandria, Va. He's not charged with being a spy. But he is charged with being an unregistered agent or lobbyist of the Pakistani government.

He's the exective director of a group called the Kashmiri American Council. ...

Fai's largest contribution, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, was to the National Republican Senatorial Committee, to which he gave $5,000 in 2006 and $1,000 in 2008. He gave smaller sums more recently to the DSCC and the DNC, and has given $5,000 to Rep. Dan Burton (R-Ind.), $250 to Barack Obama and $500 Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-N.Y.).

Two Charged with Conspiring to Act as Unregistered Agents of Pakistani Government

U.S. Department of Justice
July 19, 2011 Office of Public Affairs
(202) 514-2007/ (202) 514-1888

— filed under: Press Release, Washington Field Office Top Stories
WASHINGTON—Two individuals have been charged with participating in a long-term conspiracy to act as agents of the Pakistani government in the United States without disclosing their affiliation with the Pakistani government as required by law.

The charges were announced by Lisa Monaco, Assistant Attorney General for National Security; Neil MacBride, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia; and James McJunkin, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office.

Syed Ghulam Nabi Fai, 62, a U.S. citizen and resident of Fairfax, Va., and Zaheer Ahmad, 63, a U.S. citizen and resident of Pakistan, are charged in a one-count criminal complaint in the Eastern District of Virginia. The complaint alleges that the defendants have conspired to: 1) act as an agent of a foreign principal without registering with the Attorney General in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA); and 2) falsify, conceal, and cover up material facts they had a duty to disclose in matters within the jurisdiction of Executive Branch agencies of the U.S. government.

Fai was arrested this morning. Ahmad remains at large and is believed to be in Pakistan. Both face a potential sentence of five years in prison if convicted.

SCAM-A-RAMA The hyphenate posed as the executive director of the "Kashmiri-American Council" a secret Pakistani govt group operating on US soil. The hyphenate made a show of financially supporting US congressmen (read bribed) in the name of "peace" (gag). The bribed Congressman voted $11 Billion foreign aid to Pakistan....even Wall Street can't beat that return on investment.

Hyphenates should be banned from all activities inside the US....... especially politics. They calculatedly use hyphenation to form pressure groups---separatist voting blocs----to extort US tax dollars from working class Americans.

Hyphenation is antithetical to the American way of life. Hyphenation is clearly a diabolical plot to undermine democracy. Either they are full-fledged Americans or they are not.

==========================================

WE NEED TO DO THIS NOW The United States of America is a melting pot. Hyphenation needs to be banned.

It's been proven time and time again hyphenates are national security risks......all of the hyphenates we've observed have a hidden agenda that undermines US interests........and is harmful to our internal security.

Most Americans would concede that they are not comfortable being around hyphenates. Hyphenation-separation is NOT the American way of life.

Anything that hyphenates should be declared persona non grata in America. These hyphenates----balkanized separatists------put their loyalties to their homelands over and above the safety and security of US citizens.

We need to put this into law----that anything that hyphenates is considered a national security risk----they are persona non grata and should be ordered to leave the US.

All hyphenates should be outlawed......those whose allegiance lies with their ethnicity are mot welcome. Hyphenated should be ordered out. Their home countries or continent will welcome them back with open arms.....especially with bags full of US tax dollars that they looted from the treasury using multiple identities.

No more hyphenates with loyalty to a foreign country on US soil.

Well here's his problem. The Pakistani dude forgot to funnel his contributions through the Buddhist temple down the street. How naive. And he probably was dumb enough to send it from overseas and he probably gave it as a lump sum and not in $10 and $20 credit card contributions like the rest of the Arab world did in 2008. Guess this poor sclub didn't read either Gore's or Obamalamadingdong's memos on how to get foreign campaigns funds to the social-—er uh, candidate of their choice.

The council, based in Washington and headed by Fai, is “actually run” by elements of the Pakistani government, including Pakistan’s military intelligence service, the Inter- Services Intelligence Agency, the Justice Department said in a statement.

This is why we need to know Obama’s background. It is so much bigger than the BC. What and why was he in Pakistan, who were the players in his background.

///
great point.
Obama himself said he went to Pakistan as a student.
- a poor college student, as he keeps telling us.
i know i couldn’t afford a trip like that in college!

(and not just for a few days. it may have been a few months. but, everyones so gunshy about the BC.,
that no one asks about other implications.

...and he stayed with a friend, who’s Father i believe,
later became a leader of their Parliment.
