In a new cover story, First Lady Michelle Obama opens up about her family’s struggle to lead a healthier lifestyle and even jokes that she’s now in better shape than the president.

“I always tease him I’m in better shape than he is,” she says. “I can do long workouts. He’s the president,” she says.

Maybe Michelle can convince Barack to skip a second term so he can work on his body.

Ever notice how Michelle is always making fun of Barack when she gets the chance? I doubt there is the “perfect marriage” there that the media likes to present. Their arrangement for “date night” was, to me, the first clue that it was really a facade...and that BO had better tow the line, or else. I think there is a lot of pressure from the Obama’s “handlers” on them to pretend to be a perfect couple, and perfect family. It seems that the reality is a very strained relationship between the couple...lots of “forced” smiles, compliments, appearances, and Michelle's criticisms, etc. JMHO

The History International channel last night, had a three-hour special last night on the time immediately following the Kennedy assassination. There was some really in-depth looks at what people like Robert Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, and Jackie Kennedy did in the aftermath. Politics aside, Mrs Kennedy exuded class and grace, more than any widow could be expected to show.

Michelle Obama is nothing like that.
