2.28am An Oslo caller to BBC News has said a youth camp run by the Labour Party has been attacked by gunmen, just outside of the city.
2.12am AP reports police have sealed off TV2's offices and are investigating a suspicious package.
There are also widespread reports of shots fired in an attack on a children's summer camp, also in Norway.
There is no further information at this stage and it is not known if the attack is connected to the bombing.

You’ve just about said it all in three lines.
White/Christian/Western Europeans know in their hearts what must be done.
Whether they will discover the intestinal fortitude required to do it in time — well, that’s the $64 question. Right now it doesn’t look all that good, but it’s not yet time to completely give up hope.
There _are_ political parties in Western Europe that know what must be done. However, they are attacked by the _other parties_ as being “racist”, “xenophobic”, or whatever. Yet if ANYone is able to “save Europe”, it will be the far-right-wing parties. NONE of the other parties will come around in time; indeed, amongst them, it will more likely be a question of which one surrenders first.
I’ve posted this before on FR, and I’ll post it again:
Western Europe has but two choices:
1. Boxcars, or...
2. Burqhas.
If Europeans do not choose option #1 in due time, they WILL have option #2 forced upon them.
That may go for us here in North America, too.

Well, that one trick that they know very, very well. It always amuses me to hear disdain from European visitors regarding America. My response to them is: "Yes, you Europeans have been veritable beacons of light when it comes to humanity and respect for human life and liberty - especially in the last century."
They usually look like they sat on a corncob after hearing that one. And if they splutter at that, I've got Jean Francois-Revel to back it up:
