Terrorist proclaimed himself 'Darwinian,' not 'Christian'

Terrorist proclaimed himself 'Darwinian,' not 'Christian' Norwegian's manifesto shows Breivik not religious, having no personal faith

WASHINGTON – A review of Anders Behring Breivik's 1,500-page manifesto shows the media's quick characterization of the Norwegian terrorist as a "Christian" may be as incorrect as it was to call Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh one.

Breivik was arrested over the weekend, charged with a pair of brutal attacks in and near Oslo, Norway, including a bombing in the capital city that killed 7 and a shooting spree at a youth political retreat on the island of Utoya that killed more than 80 victims.

Piecing together Breivik's various posts on the Internet, many media reports have characterized the terrorist – who says he was upset over the multiculturalist policies stemming from Norway's Labour Party – as a "right-wing, Christian fundamentalist."

Yet, while McVeigh rejected God altogether, Breivik writes in his manifesto that he is not religious, has doubts about God's existence, does not pray, but does assert the primacy of Europe's "Christian culture" as well as his own pagan Nordic culture.

Breivik instead hails Charles Darwin, whose evolutionary theories stand in contrast to the claims of the Bible, and affirms: "As for the Church and science, it is essential that science takes an undisputed precedence over biblical teachings. Europe has always been the cradle of science, and it must always continue to be that way. Regarding my personal relationship with God, I guess I'm not an excessively religious man. I am first and foremost a man of logic. However, I am a supporter of a monocultural Christian Europe."

The terrorist also candidly admits he finds no support within either the Catholic or Protestant churches for his violent ideas.

You’ll have to pause it consistently as there’s a lot of text which can’t be read otherwise. Very interesting video.

What could go wrong?

Plenty. And it did. And I blame myself.

Back to the original subject, though, it is pretty clear from this guy's OWN WRITING that he is not what we would call a CHRISTIAN.

All we need is a balanced budget. Should be fairly easy to achieve, right ?

It would be much easier without all the corruption, graft, and giving our money away to our enemies so they can buy weapons to kill us.

Clown? Me? LOL

Maybe I was out of line with "clown." Sorry for any offense.

This fellow in Norway now is being portrayed as a conservative Christian; yet in his rantings, he doesn’t mention Jesus at all.

Unfortunately, the presstitutes are pushing the "Christian Conservative" meme. We must counter it.

I feel this way: if we can’t call a Muslim a Muslim, we shouldn’t be able to attach some label to anyone else. Let’s just assume that the killer went ‘round the bend. Most likely, except for Muslim extremists who are indoctrinated to kill, that is what happened. His politics or his religion have nothing to do with the crime.

When people talk about the Tucson shooter, many still call him a right wing conservative. I have tried to correct them, but they will continue to insist that is what he is. Our media has a lot of influence on people’s thinking and at times like these, that is not a good thing.

Talk about his online posts. Ask them if this sounds like a conservative.

Remember the DC Sniper? The eneMedia pushed the criminal profile of a white, male, middleaged, Christian, former military memeber. They were quiet when it was a black muslim. They played up his military service for sympathy.

We're in a war of words. We have to counter their lies.

I know of whom you speak. I have seen him, met him, seen his deeds and I am intent on defeating him.

He only shows himself to those that resist him with the truth of Christ. It is therefor not surprising that many that are not born again in Christ have no knowledge of him, other than hearsay, and so his hand writing is no more discernible to them than the Lord’s.

The “Lord of this World”, wants polarization, right and left, as a means of providing a “Wide is the way to Hell”.

There is a doctrine of darkness that is aptly described as the “Radical Center”, found through both right and left paths, that is showing itself in the ideology of the recent violent shootings.

There are violent supporters on both ends of the spectrum. Both are trying to reach the brass ring of control.

I am a conservative, but on of the present political ilk. My conservatism is scriptural in that on a personal level, I try to do all things in moderation...eating, drinking...etc.

I am a liberal, but in a scriptural sense. I don’t believe government has any business in taking care of the poor, widow, and the stranger. That is my job as one that “Loves his neighbor as myself”, therefor, I am liberal with my own goods that the Lord has blessed me with, for, freely I have been given and freely I give.

There is only one then that controls me, that being the love that is of God. It is a self-control with a foundation that begins with the fear of God and not of this world.

Lucifer would have you fear everything in this world and the flesh is hard put to not respond for the sake of self-preservation.

It is the hope that makes not ashamed through a promise of a new creation without corruption that provides the courage to resist the author of confusion unto eternal life.

Yes, I to have meet him at various and sundry times and in many disguises.

God bless.
