Te NHS has begun rationing common surgical procedures such as hip replacements and cataracts removal in an effort to save money, it was revealed yesterday.
New figures have found one in three Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) in England are reducing access to treatment for non-urgent operations.
Examples of rationing include knee operations only being allowed to go ahead where patients are in severe pain, overweight patients being made to lose weight prior to procedures, and cataract patients being denied treatment until their sight problems seriously affect their ability to work.

that's the thing that strikes me about all the Brit expats I know - they will go anywhere better than the UK. 60 years of socialism has not only destroyed their health-care, but has created a society full of violent yobs.

One of my older relatives had six bouts of tonsillitis back in the 1970’s before surgical removal of the tonsils. Due to the extensive use of antibiotics during those bouts, there is now permanent allergies to several antibiotics.
No problem! Just give the kid some pain pills!! That's OBoys solution!!
