NYC fire truck lowered into 9/11 display (all 11 firefighters, including Freeper, died)

A Fire Department of New York (FDNY) Ladder Company 3 fire truck, which was partially destroyed in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, is lowered into an opening in the World Trade Center site below ground level, where it will become part of the permanent installation exhibit in the 9/11 Memorial and Museum in New York July 20, 2011. The 9/11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center site will open on the 10 year anniversary of the attacks on September 11, 2011.

I don't care how long it's been, I still weep when I see anything to do with 911. I think it profoundly impacted my soul despite the fact that I live thousands of miles away and I didn't lose anyone in the attack.

Wait, that's not true, I lost thousands of my fellow Americans and that's enough reason to weep.

They should have rebuilt the towers EXACTLY the way they were on 9/10 and filled them up with workers.

what a coincidence- last night on YouTube i got wrapped up watching videos of GWB throw out the first pitch of game 3 in the WS as well as Liza Minelli singing “NY,NY” during the first game to be played at Shea Stadium after the attacks....my 8 YO daughter and plan on taking part in the Stephen Siller Tunnel to the Towers walk/run on 9/25- any other freepers attending let me know...
