Christine O’Donnell Fires Back At Sen. McCain For Insulting Her On Senate Floor
Mediaite ^ | 7/28/11 | Frances Martel

In a fit of anti-Tea Party rage, Sen. John McCain tossed a media exposure lifesaver out to former Delaware senatorial candidate Christine O’Donnell, insulting the Tea Party for having launched her to the Republican nomination. O’Donnell graciously accepted the opportunity to make headlines once again, releasing as epic a statement as we haven’t seen since the Homeric tribute to Newt Gingrich last May.

Needless to say, being dismissed as a crazy candidate did not sit well with the Senate hopeful known mostly for having to clarify whether or not she was a witch. In a short and sweet statement, she reminded Sen. McCain of the “nightmare” that was his presidential race as proof that nominating Tea Partiers like her (and not “RINOs” like him) is the key to success:

I think that it is inappropriate to insult the judgment of the majority of Republicans in Nevada and Delaware and that the implication that nominating RINOs somehow means we win was irrefutably disproven by McCain’s own presidential candidacy debacle. After that nightmare, McCain had to veer right so fast he almost got whiplash from all his flip-flopping just to keep his Senate seat. It doesn’t help him to attack those conservatives and Tea Partiers who graciously gave him another chance to keep his job.

Short of Obama, McCain is the fetid piece-of-feces-masquarading-as-a-human-being I hate the most. I no longer honor his ‘military service’. I only wish the VC had tortured him more, perhaps to the point that he didn’t make it. This neoMarxist scumbag has done more damage to real America, then he did to his POW-mates who he betrayed when in Vietnam. This horrid and reprehensible monster, this hideous, vile weed, needs to disappear. Not enough bad stuff can happen to him.

McCain's rhetoric is what progressives use when they don't get their way. Revert to name calling and personal attacks.

McCain was out of bounds, I assume his speech went into congressional records.

McCain had the benefit of being a captured war pilot during Vietnam. It has served him well. John lost his way or maybe decided to cross over after he married his current wife.

Sorry John, you have craw fished too much. You are irrelevant. To bad he has a vote in the Senate.

Don’t you mean, thank you Sarah Palin?

She is gutless if she doesn’t call him out for this rhetoric.

McCain’s past heroism deserves the honors accorded to Benedict Arnold’s leg. Honor it, bury it and be done with it!

It’s become increasingly regrettable that McCain did not emulate Nathan Hale while in NVA custody,

Had he done so, he would have lived on in history as one of the heroic martyrs to the cause of Freedom and would have had buildings, roads and schools named after him.

Instead, he will leave public life as a quintessential political sleaze and the abject failure who enabled obama.

It is well beyond time for him to accept the fact that the honorable route for him is immediate resignation and retirement. Arizona can do so much better!

All I can say is that it must have been one hel* of a deal that mac, the crybaby liar, daddy offered McNut to cause him to throw his running mate, tea party members and misc. other people under the bus in favor of the corrupt dumb-o-crats and there Anit-American POTUS.

He has been Obama’s protector for a while. Partnered with Kerry to help sell Libyan war.

There’s nothing more offensive to a real sense of civility and honor than a nasty, arrogant, backstabbing, social opportunist....they are self-elevated, crawling creatures in the world of humanity.

Mike Castle would be so helpful here if he were in the Senate [/sarc]

In point of fact, Castle would have been more harmful. He would be quick to compromize and be in the spotlight. Coons now holds the hard left line - his influence is insignificant. RINO’s are more damaging than hard lefties.

McCain had the benefit of being a captured war pilot during Vietnam.

He spent that dime many, many years ago.
Now he is nothing but a bitter, brain damaged, doddering, old Rino fart.

It is almost as if the senator is glad that Harry Reid is the senate majority leader.
It is almost as if the senator is elated that Delaware, Nevada and Alaska were not gains by conservatives.
It is almost like the senator is really a liberal double agent working to destroy the conservative cause.
It is almost like the senator ran a campaign such its goal was to ensure Obama was elected.
It is almost like the senator was the republican nominee so that his birth in Panama could be used to inoculate Obama from scrutiny about his mysterious bastard birth and forged documents.
It is almost like the senator has spent his career as the faux-republican on political talk shows so that real conservatives are never heard from, providing cover to the networks against the charge of being one sided.
It is almost like McCain is the enemy within.
Almost???

By your fruits you will know them.. Jesus Matt 7
If it looks like a lib, talks like a lib and acts like it lib it is ... a McCain?

"..just get out of our way.."

He is never going to get out of your way unless 'We the People' make him. McCain works for 'Fedzilla Incorporated' like so many others in DC. Self important social fascists do not work for you or the rest of the American economic slave/peons of the TEA party.
