Poll is about halfway down the right-hand side of the main page, just below the videos.

Current results (yes, I know it's CNN):
Republicans: 55% - 61890
No difference: 28% - 31252
Democrats: 18% - 20167
Total votes: 113309
CNN’s polls, like MSNBC and the other MSM polls allow foreigners outside the US to vote too.
Outside the US, Obama’s approval rating is still at around 90%
Remember, this is a CNN poll. CNN = Communist News Network
Remember when Ted Turner owned all of it? Ted Turner? Oh you know the one who slept with Jane Fonda.
The DUmmies are hitting it hard.
Epoxy on both their houses...
You should post this again (sort of like how Obama did on Twitter) so there can be more exposure. So many commies outside the US like to tilt our polls.
The fact remains Obama/Pelosi can’t fix it.
Dems dont pay taxes.
14T/155 million that pay tax is 92,000 dollars owed by each of us. Nancy wants to add $9,000 dollars to this figure.
Our kids each owe $92,000. Nancy wants them to owe $101,000.00 , Even if they have yet to complete Kindergarten they owe this!
This debt does not take into account our annual tax obligations.
THERE IS NO MORE MONEY.
Life as Nancy knows and wants it - must end.
Balanced Budget- Flat Tax.
Which party is kicking and screaming to have the limit on their maxed out credit-card raised?
Blame? You mean credit right?
Unbelieveable! I knew CNN viewers were left leaning and stupid but this is really amazing.
That’s what I was going to say.
useless to participate....it’s rigged
As expected from CNN
Republicans 55% 63235
No difference 28% 31866
Democrats 18% 20663
Total votes: 115764
A poll like this is a symptom of, and a symbol of, what’s wrong with our politics and news reporting.
A question such as this is trying to assess blame for a problem. It does not allow for discussion of who is trying to solve the problem, or what the potential solutions to the problem are. It doesn’t even identify what the core issue is.
The Tea Party Republicans are trying to solve a much larger problem than just the problem of us hitting the debt ceiling. The MSM is blaming them for obstructionism. The MSM, in their tendency to over-simplify things and assess blame, is not reporting on the bigger picture. Just because we have routinely raised the debt ceiling in the past is being used as justification to do it now, and damn the consequences. And that’s not right, in my opinion.
Here is an example of how pathetic the whole media is. after fox spends all day playing clips of Reid an Obama blaming the republicans this blond bimbo talking head ask “why do you think so many people blame the republicans”. God help us all.
Hey I think Harris Faulkner said the Speaker has left the Capital....
A year from now Rush Limbaigh will probably be broadcasting from San Jose, Costa Rica. And with any luck I’ll be able to do odd jobs for him like mow his lawn, cut his toe nails... stuff like that. To survive.
It looks as though the crack addicts, ACORNS, felons, sexual deviants and commie union thugs have already hit it pretty hard.
Yes CNN, they probably started on a 50,000 base line Republican number before starting the poll.
polls are stupid and irrelevant
I agree wholeheartedly, with one minor exception. The Tea Party are not Republicans. They are the Tea Party. They may caucus with the Republicans, but they are their own breed of political animal.
The question is poorly framed. It really is this: which party deserves more credit for stopping Washington’s spending spree?
Obama’s approval rate is 90% outside the US because the countries outside the US want to see the US “taken down a peg.”
IMHO. This question has been fixed to now more accurately represent the Republicans' success in stopping the Obama/Reid plan to automatically raise debt ceiling, raise spending levels, and raise taxes.
WOW! CNN is as bad as I thought. I don’t think much about CNN.
I would personally owe ...$92 + 9 =
of such debt. With
$11,000 in interest,
not counting rising interest rates.
So would every taxpayer reading this.
This figure does not count taxes, IMO. We are in an ‘interest only’ pay day paycheck situation on the debt, as an entire country.
God bless them all.
Typical CNN results.
Hell on earth for liberals and leftists will be a world devoid of christians and conservatives. They cant have their nirvana and enjoy it too. I guess they will achieve it with the rapture.
I’d give the republicans blame but I think its more appropriate phrase it as giving them the credit for this crisis.
The question is moot.
It doesn’t matter, neither party will stop the inevitable from happening.
Republicans ..55% 64123
No difference 27% 32287
Democrats ....18%. 21061
Total votes: ..........117471
The poll should be “Who do you give credit to for shutting down the government?” The conservative republicans would win that one hands down.
He probably paid more for the pleasure than anybody else on the planet. Big-shot Businessman! Ha!
The ‘See Nothing New’ network is running a “propaganda effectiveness poll” is all. This poll shows the absolute ignorance of those that watch their network. They may as well put the Democrat party symbol on their logo.
Yeah, and especially web polls. But I figure that as long as some people may take them seriously, it’s worth the few seconds it takes to FReep ‘em. That’s just me, though.
I saw a story not too long ago that it was CNN’s own staff trashing its polls and comments.
Perhaps it should be "credit" instead of "blame". I see a freeze in the debt ceiling as a good start.
Self-ping so I can find that cartoon again.
