No, they wanted to be part of a ‘historical moment’ and the Dems wanted someone they thought would be a perfect shoo-in to push through their liberal agenda (black man, they could scream racism at the slightest resistence) and then push all and sundry items through. Such is their complete lack of understanding human nature, these idiots foudn out that racism stopped working the minute Obama was sworn in and I think I am going to enjoy seeing Obama tossed out.
