Republican Chairs Seek Net Neutrality Documents From FCC

The chairs of the House Energy & Commerce Committee and Communications and Oversight Subcommittees have formally asked FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski for documents, including emails and memos, related to its decision-making process.


But Free Press called it a "fishing expedition."

I have no problem with other elected officials wanting to read the bills and info that went with them. They SHOULD read every document that could become or is law. It’s their job to be informed. I would expect nothing less.
