After Nov. 2012 THEN... we can start eliminating many federal bureaucracies.. which will make much more money available for the other federal agencies.. less taxation will be needed(eventually)..
AND... massive fraud by citizens and contractors can be plugged up..
When the federal government becomes much SMALLER.. less money will needed to run it..
Start by eliminating much of what Obama and George Bush did to increase the federal government... and reduce the size of other agencys..
Changing whole amendments(annulling) to the Constitution may have to wait for 2016..
Oh!... and AUDIT the damned federal reserve...
