Recognition of one totalitarian fascist by another. Really scary stuff isn't it, when a Communist leader authorizes honor to a Pres. of the USA. Yet on the other hand claims we're a "parasite" on the International Economy....Putin said two days ago that the U.S. is “leeching on the world economy.”
So he honors Obama and trashes every other voice.
