Great, then we can all sue Obama and Holder once they are out of office?

Here’s all you need to know about Judge Gwin:

On the recommendation of Senator John Glenn, Gwin was nominated to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio by President Bill Clinton on 31, 1997 to a seat vacated by Sam Bell as Bell assumed senior status. Gwin was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on November 5, 1997 on a senate vote and received commission on November 7, 1997.[2]

This is another rat attempt to financially destroy their enemies.

It must be either stopped or we must employ the same scorched earth tactics. We will of course, do neither and the Left will get in the habit of destroying every good person who challenges them.

This should also mean that holder et al can be sued by the families of people who lost family members to a shooter using one of the guns they unleashed on Mexico.

Damn site better than the taxpayer picking up that bill. More instructive for future gubmint employees, also.

Well maybe American Citizens can sue Obama for the torture we are enduring since he was elected.

Seeing how a lawyer is expensive where do you think the contractor is getting his money from

This is complete garbage. It violates the basic principle of sovereign immunity (that office holders cannot be sued for their official acts).

Otherwise, do I get to sue 0bama and every member of congress that voted for 0bamacare if my health insurance premiums go up?

I doubt that this will actually get to trial.

Or.....we can sue county officials, city officials, Governors, Presidents, etc. for any injuries caused by the sanctuary laws or non enforcement against illegals.

I wish we could sue "judges" for them being such morons. Unfortunately, one of them would have to listen to the case so the good guys wouldn't stand a chance and we'd never win a case.

This is all we need to know about RINOs in the Senate too.

Who were the fools that voted for those Senators anyway?
