It is more secure. You have to have a Iowa drivers license or some other solid ID form.
That's very different than voting in an actual election.
I was worried last time about all of the Paulites from out of state, and there were many. I expected them to try to vote. I don't think they could have or tried, due to the license/ID requirement.
