Liberal firebrand Michael Moore called on President Obama to respond to the U.S. credit downgrade by arresting the leaders of the credit-ratings agencies.
On his Twitter feed Monday, the Oscar-winning film director also blamed the 2008 economic collapse on Standard & Poor’s — apparently because it and other credit-ratings agencies did not downgrade mortgage-based bonds, which encouraged the housing bubble and let it spread throughout the economy.
“Pres Obama, show some guts & arrest the CEO of Standard & Poors. These criminals brought down the economy in 2008& now they will do it again,” Mr. Moore wrote.

This is hilarious, in a pathetic sort of way, yet it’s very good also. When the loudest moonbats are calling for drastic action and the Malignant Narcissistic man-child does his usual hide-out-on-the-golf course routine, his popularity will dive even further. The worse it gets the more shrill will be the leftist demands for ‘strong’ action. The fraudster who voted ‘present’ almost two hundred times is incapable of giving it to them. Their heads will explode in due course.
What a shame Moore was born outside the age of Stalin. He could have learned so much, visiting the USSR to watch his idol at work.

If Moore thinks this is all an ideological game, or that S&P have deliberately put a turd in Obama's punch bowl just to cause trouble, he's an even bigger idiot than he appears. We've gone way, way past ideology. From here on out this is simply about math. It's about when we arrive at the point at which our ever diminishing tax receipts are no longer able to cover the payments on our ever-spiraling debt and we default.
Moore better take a Prozac because this is not the end, it's just the beginning. S&P have made it clear that there are more downgrades coming unless we get to grips with this monster.
Not much different than some "conservatives" who disagree with the outcome of a jury trial and want the defendant dead.

NONE MUST QUESTION the “ONE!”, or the liberal agenda, whatever the hell that means, anymore.
Guys like Michael Moore can call themselves ‘progressives’ but they’re really totalitarians. This is a perfect example of how these communists think. Although the corpulent Mr. Moore has a valid point regarding S&Ps high rating of the mortgage-based bond markets, that is a separate issue, and he knows it. Urging the president to have some umpires of the economy (S&P) arrested and jailed because the presidents spending is making the U.S. economy less stable is indicative of the brutal totalitarian government people such as Michael Moore long for - right up until it happens and they are cast aside (jailed, property confiscated) because they are no longer ‘useful idiots’.
