WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama has approved $105 million for humanitarian efforts in the Horn of Africa to combat worsening drought and famine.
White House press secretary Jay Carney says the money will help provide food, shelter, water, and sanitation and health services to those in need.

America is on the verge of complete financial collapse. Our credit rating is now in the toilet, we have millions out of work with no good news in sight.
All of this and much more, but in spite of it all, Obama just watches America go to hell, while he takes care of HIS Africans.... with our money.
