Rep. Michele Bachmann has declined to get into the scrum with Newsweek over its cover story of the presidential candidate called "The Queen of Rage," accompanied by an unflattering photo of the Minnesota Republican, but others are calling the magazine out of bounds in its depiction.
The National Organization for Women (NOW) President Terry O'Neill said that the cover of the magazine's latest edition is "sexist" and referred to a simple test by the group's founder Gloria Steinem to explain how they determined that conclusion -- would the magazine do the same to a man.

Did any of the two dozen readers of that dead tree media rag even notice? I haven’t looked at newsweak in 30 years and that was in a laundromat in Hoonah, Alaska waiting for my clothes to dry.

Well yeah. Was it Time or Newsweak that did the cover of Rush Limbaugh that made him look like he had horns and smoke curling above his head? This was back in the 1990s.

I would NOT doubt it. She is drop-dead gorgeous and very photogenic...that must have really frustrated them that want to make all conservatives ugly and evil.
Either Newsweek or Time had a cover photo of Newt back in the 90’s. It had streaks of florescent color on his face. A green streak was under one of his eyes. They have done this to conservative men.

Yeah, didn’t one of the rags post a photo of Glenn Beck with an equivalent headline, like “King of Rage” or something? Sounds like the feminazis — who obviously hate Bachmann as much as anyone — are trying to engage in a bit of misdirection here.
I think Bachmann has more important things on her mind than what an airhead like Tina Brown thinks of her. No one who’d even consider voting for any conservative pays attention to this tree-wasting rag anyway.
