Unfortunately, the grand jury report overreacts in its recommendations to amend Florida’s homeschool laws because of Nubia’s adoptive parents’ claim that they were homeschooling her for the seven months leading up to her death.
So A alleges that he was with B on a vacation for a few weeks when, in actuality, he was killing B and we get legislation that anyone planning to go on a vacation with anyone else must first be investigated for any possible plans he may have to kill that other person on the vacation or whether any person planning to go on a vacation has ever had any complaints filed against him with respect to vacation-connected trouble.
