This is the safest bet in D.C. given our recent history. Congress has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are incapable of making tough decisions. A debt deal that did not mention entitlements (largest expenditures) should not have been called a debt deal.
Isn’t the safest bet that the Rs cave and propose raising taxes?
