Good morning. Crime, Law, and Justice thread ping.
Obvious anyone who dismembers a body has issues...but this guy picked up a kid alone off the street. That makes a statement of itself...... murders and dismembers the kid. Guilty as charged IMO. Everything else is simply going to be used to the advantage of his attorney to win the case.
I am for the death penalty so in this case would have no problem with that for this guy.
Every murderer pleads insanity....it’s the get out of jail free card.
