Anyone know the “dead” aide story in a nutshell? I know I can Google it...but I figure somebody here can relate the salient points in a few sentences. How does a young girl die like this? ALONE in his office? THEN he resigns to be with his “family”? Sounds almost Kennedy-esque. He should have just turned Dem and run for US Senator.

I wish she would have smacked down Chrissy (like Newt did) when he asked her the ‘submit to your husband’ question. She could have buried him once and for all. Opportunity missed.
She seemed to consider it for several econds, before deciding to take the high road, and her answer was actually quite good.
Chrissy’s little crap-eating smirk after his gotcha questions makes me wanna kick his wimpy a$$.

I haven’t decided who I’m supporting for 2012 but I am certain that Joe’s sage (sic) advice will never be relevant.

My wife is conservative but not real political. She mentioned there was something she didn’t like about Bacnmann and how she spoke. She like Palin says she has ‘IT’.
I thought about this. Bachmann was a lawyer/prosecutor it comes across in her demeanor. She has a negative edge in how she communicates. Palin OTOH speaks with an optimistic POV that can inspire. This is how Reagan moved people. While Bachmann is good on the issues she lacks the ‘IT’ factor as well as the lack of executive experience.
She sounds like your mother ~ that’s the practice from those 23 foster kids. It’ll do it to you every time. Rupert Murdoch never apologized for his central role of supporting the Iraq invasion or for the needless death and carnage that followed. Why would he apologize for hacking phones to invade the lives of innocent citizens

And besides, let’s face it. He was right. Bachmann’s campaign actually is pretty much a joke. She will fade in the coming weeks as the contributions dry up. Perry will absorb the non-Romney right.

Correction. Michelle Bachmann voted AGAINST Cut Cap and Balance saying it did not go far enough because it would increase the debt limit.

I thought Bachmann did fine in the debate. She missed a great opportunity though. When she was last to come back to the stage after a station break, she should have quipped,
“A lady always makes a man wait.”

Honestly, he is looking more and more like Rachel Maddow or maybe it’s the other way around.
No seriously, you will see an uncanny resemblance once you get past the fake eyebrows.
He’s just jealous because he’s a failure as a politician, she’s smarter than he is, and she has more balls.
