Chicago, August 11, 2011 This week U.S. Senator Dick Durbin held a press conference with members of the mainstream media to talk about the downgrade crisis. But the Senators scripted storyline veered off-course when a conservative reporter me showed up to ask an embarrassing question. Namely, Senator, youve blamed the tea party
but do you bear any responsibility for this downgrade crisis? What, you didnt hear about this incident in the media? For those of you that need more proof that journalism is dead, read on.

Typical Rat bastard. Won’t accept responsibility for his own actions.
Greatly admire Kely’s persistence and courage. But one question..if, as he states, he writes for the WashingtonTimes, why didn’t he have his press credentials with him? then they couldn’t have touched him?
Linky no worky....
The white haired lib goon is a local radio dude...

Not exactly surprising, is it! The cronyism between the ruling left and the media left is wider and deeper than anyone but an insider could imagine. Anybody still wonder why leftists are so desperate to control the internet?

If I read this to you and did not tell you that it was an US Senator confronting a reporter, you would most certainly believe this must have been done by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime—Pol Pot or others—that had no concern for human beings.
I really loved the line where the “white hair” dude stated:
“You can’t ask questions in a press conference”
Are we in “freaking Nazi” Germany?? This clip sure makes me feel that we are...
“This is a Press Conference! The last thing I wanna do is answer a lot of questions!” - General Clayton M*A*S*H
Yep, we're in quite a mess.
LOL...that was a classic scene.
Typical of the arrogance of the Left.
What is really scary is other media types coming to Durban’s defense - willing to trash the First Amendment if it impinges on their self-righteous political beliefs.
A man hears what he wants to hear, and disregards the rest.
Good one! Durbin’s disgraceful and outrageous statements about our military should be permanently attached to him the way the innocuous potatoe has been permanently attached to Dan Quayle.
