I already got an email from his official Presidential campaign asking for donations.

He looks a little more nervous than usual, at least earlier in his speech. I don't know if it's hot there or if his sweating is part of being nervous.

The bottom line is that Perry isn't my first choice but he's a whole lot better than Romney and he's probably one of the few that can beat him.

Romney and ObamAA+ must be shaking in their boots now. I think once Romney drops out Palin will come on. I think that’s the reason why Perry’s in now. He’s to rid the primaries of Romney.

Palin OR Bachmann deserve the nomination. Heck, I would take a ticket with both of them either one could be the POTUS. I love the both of them. They have shown so much courage through all the hatred and bile thrown at them by the MSM and the pigs on the left wing blog sites.

We had high hopes for another "tough talking Texas Conservative" not too long ago.

I don't have high hopes for anything that pertains to government. We need Perry, Palin or someone with stature to defeat Obama and keep things from getting even worse. No President will fix this mess. But maybe he (or she) can at least slow down the onslaught.

I like what I am seeing thus far and welcome him into the race and let's see what happens. At least one difference between Perry and Bush is that Perry is a good speaker.
