And money. Cain spent more time there than both Paul and Bachmann, but they spent millions, he spent $100k. They bought 6000 tickets, he did not buy votes. They had radio and TV ads, he did not.
His is all grassroots.
Even if Cain doesn’t make the top four...his ‘political investment’ has put him on the scene so Americans fully know about him...as well as politicians....good move on his part no matter the outcome. We won’t be seeing the end of Cain no matter how this plays out.
Cain did buy tickets because my sister got one from him.
Sean Hannity said that Herman Cain did not spend a penny and he came in 5th Place. I was really impressed with Rick Santorum coming in in the Top 4. I think when Ron Paul and T-Paw are gone, he’ll move up even more. I discount Ron Paul as a viable candidate and consider Rick Santorum to actually have come in 3rd place. But, T-Paw will soon be history so, Rick moves up a little more.
Poor Newt; people just don’t like the guy. (Plus, his wife looks scary.)
Herman Cain has spent very little time in Iowa, in sharp contrast to Michele Bachmann. His long promised bus tour only materialized a few days before the Straw Poll.
