Obama Team Sharpens Attacks on Republican Field, Defends President
FoxNews.com ^ | August 14, 2011

Not knowing who the eventual Republican presidential nominee will be in the 2012 election, President Obama's supporters are taking the opportunity to blast all of the GOP candidates, using aggressive language....

Much of the criticism is focused on describing the candidates as lackeys to the Tea Party, which establishment Democrats have classified as right-wing zealots bent on destroying the U.S.

"While protecting tax breaks for the wealthy and big oil while proposing to end Medicare, slash Social Security and pile additional burdens on the middle class might win plaudits with the Tea Party, it's not remotely what the American people are looking for," Democratic National Committee Communications Director Brad Woodhouse said....

"In a Republican field that has already pledged allegiance to the Tea Party and failed to present any plan that will benefit the middle class or create the jobs America needs to win the future, Governor Perry offers more of the same," Obama campaign spokesman Ban LaBolt said Saturday after Texas Gov. Rick Perry jumped into the race.

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz noted that Obama asked for compromise on a debt reduction plan but all the presidential candidates at the Fox News-Washington Examiner debate on Thursday night agreed that they would not back a deal that would be 10-1 cuts to revenue.

"President Obama inherited a huge problem, the worst recession that we've had since the Great Depression, created by the policies, the failed policies of the previous Republican administration, where we went from a record surplus to a record deficit. ... And so working our way out of that problem is incredibly challenging," she said. "I think Americans are appreciative of the hard work and effort and accomplishment that President Obama has made."

The distinction between "sharpening" and "wearing out" is a little hard to discern here.

I think Ray Stevens has Obummer figured out here in one of his musical videos. Observe:

Projecting. The fact is the DNC has no idea about what the American people want. When was the last time this dem president signed a bill into law that helped the vast majority of Americans.

Barry and his commie ‘RATS sure are a bunch of dumbasses. They are going to the American people to bash the American people. Well, that might not be such a dumbass idea after all. Half of the people living in this country are freeloading morons living off of the other half’s tax money.

Tying politicians to the movement that won in a landslide doesn’t sound to bright? There could be a real downside to that gamble so for that they should be applauded.

Pray for America

Without any substance in the 0bama administration, the thugs resort to their “community organizing” techniques a la Saul Alinsky. These rabble rousers do just what they always do, attack, attack and attack yet offer no solutions. They are nothing but anarchists in expensive suits. Hopefully, 0bama’s falling poll numbers are just the tip of the iceberg to his truly Jimmy Cartesque era of defeat.

As I said on another thread, the emphasis in the 2012 campaign must be to educate people how 0bama and the Rats are destroying this country. And it must be presented in such a way as to make each person see it on a personal basis.

We’ll need a better slogan than “Are you better off now than you were 4 years ago?”

The Republican nominee will win if she/he flatly states that 0bama is a marxist/muslim sympathizer with America’s best interests NOT at heart..Or words to that effect.

Better to be a “lackey of the TEA Party” than to be a lackey of Satan’s spawn, such as George Soros.

The GOP candidate needs to be courageous and plain spoken in answering these lame charges by the Chicago thugs. Romney just doesn’t cut it. He should take a page from Pawlenty’s book and withdraw.

“President Obama inherited a huge problem”

I AM very tired of this! The Rat LIARS with Omaloon and ACORN created the recession/Depression, then tanked the economy! In public I get very vocal with the Traitor Idiots!

“President Obama inherited a huge problem”

which he made much, much, much worse. Government is the problem, not the solution.

The Texas economic model has existed since before the Tea Party evolved out of citizen’s concerns. It has been successful for the state. Obviously, Perry has helped make that economic model work.

The Texas economic model is now generally endorsed by many republicans at the national level, including Tea Party representatives, who have adopted it as their own. That includes Michelle Bachman.

The other large state economic model is California’s. It has failed at the state level. Obama and the democrats have largely adopted that model for the national level, where it is failing as well.

Does not seem to be much of a contest does it?
