I like Bachmann, but she simply cannot win. She is Palin lite, and I mean VERY lite. Palin herself cannot win, they’ve successfully “Quayled” her. The only way Palin wins is if only Freepers are allowed to vote.
I think Perry destroys Romney in the primary and we see a Perry/McDonnell ticket crush Obama/Biden in a landslide.

My point as well, what private sector job has Perry ever held since leaving home/school? Hmmmm? We want another professional politician who hasn't a clue as how the other side lives? Some of you around here are living in la-la land it would seem. The vetting process has only just begun and there are many many miles ahead yet. The digging has just started and who knows what the 'October Surprise' just might bring. Oh, and don't hold your breath I would caution. The elections are a long way off yet and anything can and so often does happen that people don't count on.
OBTW, while I support Bachmann it won't break my heart if she should not prevail in the primary as long as Perry doesn't either. I don't think America could handle another round of Bush-lite. I'd hate to think what a Perry Presidency would gives after what a Bush Presidency gave us last time around.
