In "Otis," the first video from the Kanye West and Jay-Z (a.k.a the Throne) joint album Watch the Throne, the two hip-hop moguls oversee some unconventional body work to what appears to be a brand-new Maybach: The German luxury car -- base sticker price approximately $373,000 for the cheapest model -- gets sliced and diced with a blowtorch and power saw. In the first 30 seconds of the clip, the automobile loses its roof and doors and gets remixed into an open-air Jeep-style vehicle perfect for joyriding around a parking lot with a quartet of young ladies in the back seat while fireworks blast off, which is exactly what Jay and Kanye proceed to do in the Spike Jonze-directed video.

Watch the video in the link...

Having seen a Maybach in person a number of times, they are work of art....

I am horrifed by what they did, the girls riding in what is now a death trap, and all it's symbolism...

Their new song is being criticized because the song’s focus is how much money these two D-bags have.

The lack of Neanderthal DNA causes them to behave this way around nice things they could never build on their own.

idunno...i guess this is the right thread to post how weird it was seeing a Bentley putting down the W 50's yesterday with it body panels vibrating from the 100db hip-hop that was blasting from within it.

The sight seemed almost sacrilegious.

Yes, he would and I look at the music of Sam Cooke, I heard this song for the 1st time on "Thayrone X's show" ( A local blues guitarist that also has a conservative talk show ! Google him ! ) man is it good....

Unbelieveable voice and licks. Man these guys have no talent compared to the likes of Otis, Marvin, Sam Cooke and Wilson Pickett.

It’s worse than when Kenny Gorelick did a posthumous duet of “What A Wonderful World” with Satchmo.

I love Sam Cooke! Check out “A Change Is Gonna Come” which was shamelessly ripped of by then candidate Baraq Downgrayedd.
