In any conversation/debate/argument about gun control, my opening salvo is generally to ask who benefits by inhibiting my ability to protect myself and my loved ones.
Then the ones who think they know what they are talking about will say something like “More homeowners are killed by their own guns” or “You are more likely to die from your own gun than a violent intruder”.
