For months, NewsBusters has been warning readers that America's media are going to do everything in their power to label all contenders to Barack Obama racist.
On Monday's "The Ed Show," the host edited Rick Perry - in mid-sentence, mind you! - to falsely accuse the Texas governor of making a racist remark about America's first black president (video follows with partial transcript and commentary): ED SCHULTZ, HOST: Perry just inferred President Obama is not in love with the United States of America?
Yes, he really said "inferred" rather than "implied." He actually did it twice Monday evening.
This is the caliber of "journalist" that gets his own show on MSNBC. But I digress:
SCHULTZ: You know, folks, this is the same garbage with heard from Sarah Palin and all these Tea Party attack artists in this country. I think there`s an element of racism every time people claim the first black president doesn't love this country.
Perry comes from the radical country club that loves to remind white America President Obama is other, not like you.
Perry also wants you to know that he's pro-business.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
PERRY: I'm a pro-business governor. I don`t make any apologies about it, and I will be a pro-business president. Getting America back to work is the most important issue that faces this country, being able to pay off $14.5 trillion or $16 trillion worth of debt. That big black cloud that hangs over America.

Actually, no.
If you look closely at that video, you'll notice that the sound ends after Perry says, "That big black cloud that hangs over America," but he's still speaking.
Want to know what he said that Schultz and MSNBC intentionally cut out?
"That big black cloud that hangs over America, that debt that is so monstrous."
Perry wasn't suggesting, implying, or "inferring" that the "big black cloud that hangs over America" is President Obama.------------------------------I would say that Barry is a black cloud.
Ed Schultz has no scruples. None, nada, zilch,
The Demomedia is “askeered” of Rick Perry...
If I were Perry I would issue a warning to the media.
Any attempts to edit his comments to claim he is racist etc etc will be dealt with by my army of Lawyers. That is the only way to stop the lying liars.
“I’m just a little black rain cloud.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NitBpJaom5k
Winnie the Pooh is such a racist!
Ed who?
Seriously, does anyone really watch him or the other talking heads on MSNBC?
These people are unprincipled propagandists. I would not expect any better out of Schultz or MSNBC. Just keep calling the liars on it.
Just wondering where the racism accusations are about Obama. Why does he have a black bus? Why couldn’t it be his red, white and blue logo? Why not the American Flag? Why not the Presidential Seal?
I think I'll apply for a grant from the NEA as one of these artists.
I hope you aren’t planning to make a profit with that T-Shirt.....
I hope he does and wish all the candidates would come forth and support him on this if they love this country like they claim.
Rick Perry is a “W” heavy...Schultz isn’t even high enough to gain recongition.....
Put the two together and you have a watermelon salad with balsamic vinegar......
No!
But the string of character were part of an article discussed here. They belong to a Francisco Asian publication article called, "Why I Hate Blacks." The string of characters appeared on links to BOR's Fox News also.
It was not malice on the part of BOR and staff. Just stupid.
Not even 1960s Marxist nut jobs and their ideological offspring like Schultz are so stupid that they feeeeeeeeeeeel that .. well, yes I remember the spoiled brats from the 1960s and there are that stupid.
But they had almost total control over media -- listen to Obama, et al. lament the loss of control they had in those days.
?Congratulations?
'Warning' be buggered - get the lawyers out right now. Does the U.S.A. have 'Criminal Libel'?
?Congratulations?
(Sorry if this is a double post - I got called away from he keyboard)
If he has any scruples, you can bet that he stole them from someone else!
