Philadelphia – A new video has surfaced showing a group of teen girls attacking a worker outside City Hall in Philadelphia, myfoxphilly.com reports.
The video, shot in May, shows a woman being attacked in broad daylight. The video shows the woman walking outside City Hall when a pack of teenage girls appears from behind her and slams her into the ground, hitting her repeatedly.

I’m of the opinion that were these incidents to significantly escalate in brutality and frequency, then it creates a perfect pretext for declaration of a State of Emergency. In plain English, martial law.
Then, you won’t need to worry about the cities burning when the “’illegal alien living in our White House is thrown out by the voters next year’”, because there will be election.
No election = no voters = no cities burning to the ground. Nice and tidy.
The only video I’m interested in seeing is gun camera footage. Any other video is pointless.

At least it wasn’t one of them hate crimes; ‘cause them hate crimes are REAL bad. I read about how bad them hate crimes are in some newpaper once...
News stations showing these videos should be punished. They might cause the individuals attacking people to be arrested. If I were in the group approving of this, I would go after the news stations.

I’m not inclined to conspiracist thinking, but there exist historic events which have been borne out to be the result of conspiracies. The Bolshevik Revolution (though a pretty well-known conspiracy at the time-it was reported in the Russian press), and certainly the Reichstag Fire incident of 1933, used by the Nazis as a pretext to ram through the Enabling Act, giving Reichskanzler Hitler pretty much absolute power.
It should come as no surprise that these kind of incidents could be easily used to enact a State of Emergency; though currently it would be difficult to do so on a nationwide basis. You’d need more incidents to occur throughout the US, and much more frequently. As a certain Mayor of Chicago once said, “’Never let a good crisis go to waste.’”
I don't think this will happen; unless obama, and everyone around him, is a complete lunatic. Even they have to know what would come of this.
I will say this, though, should this happen, under these pretexts, the people responsible for implementing the restrictions; I'm talking the boots on the street, had better think long and hard before following through with their orders. At this point, I for one will have no problem taking appropriate action in such circumstances.
Of course the people I know that would be the boots on the ground locally, would most likely be shoulder to shoulder with me, instead of facing me. And THAT is why I don't think it will come to pass on obama's watch; even the most hard core liberal knows that they are out numbered, outgunned and out-determined when things go this far.

Pennsylvania has concealed carry and Philadelphia lost their case in the Penn. Supreme Court over 4 years ago. Any Penn. permit is valid in Philadelphia. Penn. even allows out of state permits.
There are just 8 states in the country without shall issue concealed carry permits or no permit needed at all and local firearms law preemption.
So you've noticed this happening disproportionately in those 8 states?
There's another factor that correlates much more to the locations of these incidences and it's not gun laws.

Maybe if we bring in hundreds of thousands of black muslims from Somalia and other parts of Africa and settle them throughout America in smaller, peaceful Christian communities where, unlike Philadelphia, Dearborne or Detroit, they don’t have enough blacks or muslims to experience the benefits of a diverse population.
Then give the new immigrants welfare, housing, food stamps and free medical while the locals are struggling to pay their own mortgages, put food on the table and clothe their own kids.
Because it's very difficult to determine when you should use deadly force on the unarmed.
Plus if you're the victim and you get sucker punched by a man that knows how to throw a punch, you're not going to do much but wonder where you are.

For those that don't remember or were too young, Back in the 1980's Bernard Getz was the New Yorker who four "urban youths" made the mistake of trying to rob. He promptly unloaded a .38 caliber revolver into them. Saying to one of the robbers as he fired the last bullet, "You don't look so bad here's another."
He was acquitted of all the major charges against him, including attempted murder and first-degree assault. The only thing he was convicted of was possessing an unliscensed firearm, he went on to become a minor celebrity.
When a non-black person defends themselves/families with firepower, that's then the gun control laws already written up for this purpose get trotted out. It's a slow burn Reichstaag fire.

Philly illegally exempted itself from CCW. You can legally conceal carry in Philly because ONLY the state government can legislate gun laws. You CAN’T Open Carry in Philly because it is considered a Class 1 population center -( 1 million + )
Pennsylvania Castle Doctrine applies to the street as well as the home and there is no legal recourse for the criminal to sue for damages.
I was working in NYC at the time it happened. I have been mistaken a number of times for Bernie Goetz. Among average people there he had a lot of support.
If you could imagine if Bernhard Goetz had a brother that looked like someone who played running back or defensive end, that describes me at the time.
