The Obama Administration today announced a virtual amnesty-by-decree for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, whose deportations will be “indefinitely delayed”. In addition, Obama finally announced a jobs program – but for ILLEGAL ALIENS, not citizens – as those 300,000 illegals will also become eligible for “work permits“.

This action represents an administrative end-run around Congress, which twice rejected the ‘DREAM Act’ in 2010. As disgraceful as is this usurpation of Congressional authority, this announcement is even worse than is being reported.

One reasonable start I think is to call any Republican candidate for Congress (or currently holding office and seeking reelection), with the following urgent template question to him/her directly and if not, his policy staff assistant or "L.A.":

"In your estimate, Candidate _______________, in the past 2 1/2 years, has President Obama done anything which you feel has violated his Executive Oath of Office, and merits an article or articles of Impeachment to be introduced to the next Congress, if the people of this district elect you, however, Mr. Obama is reelected to the Presidency? Yes or No?"

Start calling folks, force them to answer while we are in the early stages of campaign 2012 and fundraising/endorsements. All across the land, in each Congressional district. Shit-can ANYONE who is wobbly, or talking out of both sides of their mouth about this.

Let’s say someone has been working illegally using a phony S/S number. Now he is given a work permit and a tax ID. The now temporarily legal has to go back to his boss and fess up to the earlier fraud. He’s liable to be fired because he has admitted he is a felon and a fraud. The boss may even have liability for any identity theft.
