Police arrested a man who had been previously deported three times on suspicion of drunken driving, resisting arrest and hit-and-run, according to the Escondido Police Department.
The man allegedly fled and officers chased the vehicle until it crashed into two other vehicles, injuring one person, Carter said.
Flores was booked into the Vista jail on various charges, including felony hit-and-run, drunken driving, driving on a suspended license, resisting arrest and felony evading with injury, according to police. Immigration authorities placed an immigration hold on Flores.
The man had been formally deported three times and had voluntarily returned to Mexico 12 times, Carter said. He also had five previous drunken driving arrests, Carter said.

This is almost a weekly routine around here. Our Councilmember/MECHA supporter regularly tries to blame it on the police.
The Escondido Police Department should change its policies.They should become more tolerant and sensitive like the Los Angeles Police Department. Mexicans, through no fault of their own, do not have the oppurtunity to obatain drivers licenses and insurance. Any car driven by a Mexican should never be impounded. If a drunken Mexican gets pulled over he should be punished with a $20 fine paid in cash to the police officer. After payment of the $20 the Mexican should be allowed to drive away. That’s the way they do it Mexico. We must accept their superior culture. The real problem is racism, not drunk driving. /s

Obama wants this guy to stay, given the current amnesty EO from the imperial throne was dictated. He drinks cause he’s sad he’s away from his family.
Obama will probably solve it by hauling all his family up here and letting them stay.
So he has illegally crossed the border into the USA 16 times! Way to go Border Patrol.
