The 3\5 human thing is a MYTH. The anti-slave people pushed that they could be counted as 3/5 so not to give more representation to the slave states.

Correct. Plantation owners wanted to be able to cast hundreds, perhaps thousands of votes for their candidate of choice by bundling the votes of their slaves. Granting full suffrage to slaves would also have greatly increased the slave states' position in the Electoral College. The ugly truth is that there was no suffrage for slaves until after the Civil War. Southern slave owners cast votes on behalf of their slaves, albeit only 3/5 of them.

Yep...slave masters pushed for each slave being fully represented, but without the ability to vote. If a slave master had 100 slaves, then, his one vote was like 100. The 3/5 law actually kept the South from stacking the deck.

Gun control had its roots in racism, too. A slave with a gun is not a slave for long.

This was posted earlier. Only then he said it was 3/4. He was roundly criticized for the less than human implication then, but I see he decided to ignore reality and use the lie again.
