I’m flummoxed as to why you folks are discussing an article written in 2009 as if it were happening today.

I thought that the recent news from GM saying that they will not honor warranties sold under the "old GM" made this extremely relevant.

I am skepticle. I can't find a clean dyno video or test. The one test with the engine supposedly running you can't see diddly squat. The other issue is an engine producing this much torque would require stronger drive shaft and journals where the torque is applied to the “fly Wheel” as it were. Why doesn't he have fuel driven model with dyno testing etc. At least with Yanick’s Fiero there is a running dyne tested engine!

Apparently I was scammed thinking this article was a follow up to the lawsuit the transpired this week over the ‘07-’08 Impala. Nice catch.

I wasn't trying to scam anyone. Next time I'll make it more obvious that it's a flashback. I was trying to show the relevance as a result of the Impala related lawsuit.
