TEA PARTY EXPRESS NATIONAL TOUR LAUNCHES FROM NAPA, CA ON SATURDAY!
"Reclaiming America" bus tour will hold tea party rallies in 29 cities, span 17 days

The Tea Party Express is making final preparations to launch their fifth national tour that will bring conservative rallies to 29 cities across the country. Billed "Reclaiming America," the latest tour will feature conservative singers, speakers, and entertainers, as well as local elected officials and candidates. The tour will help put a spotlight on the failed policies of the Obama administration, and call for a return to fiscal responsibility, more efficient government, and free market principles.

The tour kicks off with a "Super Rally" this Saturday August 27th, at the Napa Valley Expo at 11am. From there the caravan will head east, to culminate on September 12th in Tampa, FL for the historic Tea Party Presidential Debate, hosted by CNN and Tea Party Express.

The upcoming Tea Party Express tour will spend extra time visiting early primary states such as New Hampshire, Iowa, and South Carolina, and has invited presidential candidates to join the rallies and speak to the tea party audience. Further details on other special guests joining the tour will be released in the coming days.

The full "Reclaiming America" tour schedule is available online at: http://www.teapartyexpress.org/tour-schedule.

They really oughta add a stop (or two) in the middle of PA - the red T that will sound the final death knell to this vile marxist nightmare !

'White Guilt' has died a painful, reality-induced death in this part of flyover,
and there won't be enough magic negro dust in Philly and H'burg to steal our state this time around.

Well that is good to hear about PA!

They picked the venues that may be marginal, so as to change the outcomes there.

And of course early primary states that have been largely influential in the past.

THe Tea Party Express came to Wisconsin in the last month to help rally support for our GOP State Senators who were facing recall. Thanks to them, we’ve held onto the Senate, albeit with a slim magin.

They put on a terrific rally in Thiensville, and we enjoyed meeting them and hearing their battery of speakers, some of who came from right here.

Don’t miss them if they come anywhere near your town.

Here is the URL Jacksonville Event

Have the Jax members go to the FB page and post something, that would be cool.

"The upcoming Tea Party Express tour will spend extra time visiting early primary states such as New Hampshire, Iowa, and South Carolina, and has invited presidential candidates to join the rallies and speak to the tea party audience."

And the "audience" will be much larger than just those in attendence:

58 Million People Have the TEA Party 'State of Mind"

Key excerpt from the item linked below:

"...While there are Tea Party meet-ups, marches on Washington, and even groups claiming to speak for the Tea Party as a whole (including a congressional caucus), it is nevertheless hard to think of the Tea Party as a literal party.

"After all, the actual number of people affiliated with any of these activities is a pittance compared to the 25 percent or so of American adults who consider themselves "Tea Partiers." We're talking about roughly 58 million people nationwide, ----- more than the number who voted for Ronald Reagan in 1984 -----.

"Being a Tea Partier for 95 percent or more of these people suggests not a political or even social group affiliation, but a state of mind, one that evokes the sentiments of the original Boston Tea Party: that the government does not reflect the will of the people...."

HERE:

The Uses and Abuses of the Tea Party

"Reclaiming America" sounds nice, but I would prefer something like...

"BACK TO THE BASICS (That Built Democracy Around The World)". Yes, I know we're not a democracy, but the word is now known to include all self-governing peoples.

"Reclaiming America" sounds too much like anti-"Change and Hope" and somewhat partisan, which will turn off the obambi leaning independents. IMHO.

Or, AMERICAN VALUES (That Made The World A Better Place)...or...?

I took a look at their schedule yesterday, and IMNSHO, it was pretty stupid!

They will be in Des Moines on Sept. 1, and long gone on the 3rd! What is wrong with this picture? Would it be a great imposition to a two-day detour for them to be present at what could be a defining moment in American History?

Hasn't Sarah Palin been one of TPX's guiding lights, going back to the first TPX tour?

Florida Freepers,
I have reserved a table for 10. Paid for them at discount so cost per ticket will be $50 instead of $60. See post 41 for the details.

If you want to be at our FL Freeper table, please let me know through FreepMail or my private email if you have it. Those of you who want in on our 10 seats, don’t buy tickets. The tickets for the reserved table will be issued to me. I paid for them at $500 per table. So you just need to give me $50 when we meet in Tampa.

Looking forward to seeing you in Tampa on the 12th!

PS: If more than 10 Freepers respond to me, I will call and reserve another table at the discount. But I must know VERY soon so the tables can be close together. Thanks! Jean
