I understand exactly the entire nation must be involved in this recovery but the black community is experiencing a great recession. That's what we're experiencing," Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) told MSNBC.
"And all of the growth in the past 30 years, we see it slipping away. From home ownership, the middle class; it's slipping away from our hands. And it has a lot to do with many issues. Racism, shipping jobs overseas, access -- no access to technology. You know, the digital divide is there and many of the new jobs that's what it requires. So, we have a problem."

I believe it is racism that is to blame. It’s those black racists who think that by pulling up their pants, getting an education and then working hard to earn a living they are acting white. So the opposite of acting white is being ignorant, lazy, slovenly and trash is being black?

Those graduation rates are deceptive. Even if the black graduation rate is 55%, many of those kids get to college and are seriously deficient in math and English language skills. I’d estimate that only about 60% of those on that 55% are functionally literate, so that means that less than one third of black students who were supposed to graduate this past spring are actually equipped to be productive members of society. Many of these people are not looking for jobs, so while the official black unemployment rate may be at 16%, their unemployable rate is probably near 35%, and going up every year.

The shunning of Bill Cosby for his "controversial" comments by the black community is simply a disgrace and just shows how virtually impossible this problem will be to solve.

I actually just googles the black high school graduation rate and it is 47%, not 55%.So the stats I mentioned in my previous post are even worse.
I layed off 1 worker..... An Obama voter. I won’t hire libs, so it’s not racism, it’s just a by product of 95% obama support in the black community.
Most Blacks, like Obamah and Michelle can't ever find blame in themselves but sure can blame a host of others that happen to be White.
