In comments during a recent trip to Lebanon, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that the Palestinians were opposed to attempting to achieve independence through violence, apparently not because it is wrong, but because it would be impractical against Israeli forces. According to the Palestinian Ma’an News Agency, citing a report from the WAFA Palestinian news agency, Abbas said some Arab nations were in favor of allowing armed resistance against Israel if a bid to gain statehood through the United Nations failed. Abbas was resistant to the idea, however, “unless you all take a decision to launch war.”
Abbas was further quoted as saying

Let’s not forget that Mahmoud Abbas, while pretending to be a peace-lover and a “Palestinian” (because there is no such thing as a Palestinian) statesman, is the prick that financed the Munich massacre in 1972, where eleven Israeli athletes and one West German officer were murdered.
Oh, bother. War is so messy and, well, dangerous. I think I’ll just stay pat and game those gullible Europeans and Americans that if they keep shipping me millions I might actually make peace. By the time my string runs out, my Swiss accounts should be bulging . . . .

Common sense on Abu Mazen's part. Common sense on the part of most Arab states dictate that no war will be forthcoming, despite Mazen's request.
Being that the arab occupiers of Judea and Samaria are viewed as filth by the rest of the muslim world, I am thinking help will not be arriving.
Exception: Iran WOULD help, by proxy.
