Just make sure you interrupt them damaging the car, then have to defend yourself.

parked my car that has a NOBAMA bumper sticker at a MARTA station in Sandy Springs near Atlanta Georgia for two days. After my return, the whole car was scratched with keys on all sides. It will now cost me $2,500 to repair the car. Worse, there is no way to catch the criminals and punish them. And, now, I am really scared and worried to express my opinion through bumper stickers, fearing another costly damage.

Sorry, I had a Zero supporter hit me in my back (had a McCain/Palin sticker) and drove off. The car was owned by one of 0's race (not to be racist, but loud booming music and spinning rims). My car was keyed, too at my job (I work in Ybor City (the Liberal area of Tampa -- it is called Tampa's San Fran. Nice area, but...).

Did anyone experience similar problems? What recourse do you suggest?

Yes, I would get a video camera and film EVERYTHING!!

Another timely read is Amity Schlaes The Forgotten Man about the first big depression, the events that led up to it, and all the things that went wrong as a result of the types of government policies this same administration embraces. Stunningly good!

It's another of the unread books amidst piles of unread book I have here. Maybe I'll get to it soon.
