“Everyone who understands global warming understands that using tar sands oil means much more than the limited environmental impacts the State Department outlined,” Sanders said in a news release.
Everyone with a lick of sense knows that the oil will be produced whether it is purchased by the US or not. If the tar sands shut down tomorrow its effect on "global warming" would be ZERO.
