TYLER — The new Sarah Palin movie opened in Tyler today.

The film, The Undefeated, is a two-hour long documentary featuring Palin supporters, residents of Alaska and conservative bloggers.

The turnout for the 2:30 p.m. showing today sold out.

Times Square decided to add an additional theater to accommodate the crowd, and that one almost filled up too.

The film has been shown in 14 cities across the country so far.

Tyler is the third Texas town to show the film, including Grapevine and Houston.

Palin hasn't announced she's running for the presidency just yet, but has plenty of east Texans backing her already.

They'll be two more showings of the movie -- Monday at 7 p.m. --- and Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.

times square said there is a chance they may add more showings ---- if it sees a demand for it.

or ... you can wait for the DVD ... which comes out October 4.

The first showing not only sold out in a few minutes, but the theater opened up extra screens for each showing and they all sold out. I have tickets for tomorrow night's showing.

Thanks much for posting this.

The comments from the East Texans interviewed by the TV station reaffirms my high regard for those living here in the Lone Star State. Genuine common sense and solid American patriotism are truly core Texas values.

I went to see the movie in Colorado. Loved it. It would do well if it could break through the MSM near blackout and the critical bias. I was surprised that no one in my immediately family had even heard about it when I called to tell them about it. They are all Sarah P. supporters so I just assumed they would know. I suspect this is not an isolated situation.

I plan to buy several copies of the DVD to lend out to others. I haven't seen it yet but I'll bet it will make a great campaigning tool.

I just got my Palin 2012 t-shirt in the mail today! :-D

I think many would be surprised how many Palin supporters are in Texas who know Perry well, and see Perry as a unsavory tertiary option.
